RRT stands for Rapid Transformational Therapy - watch this video to understand exactly what it is.

Each RTT session is between 90 and 120 minutes. For this reason, we ask you to block out a full two hours in your calendar where you will have a private, uninterrupted space without any rushing.

We take you through a series of phases in this 90-120 minute session where we have some time to talk and gather pertinent information before setting you up for success during hypnotherapy which forms the bulk of the session. Following the hypnotherapy, we bring you back to your full awareness and you receive a personalised recording from the session to listen to, post-session. In terms of the actual experience and what you may feel, this is quite personal. Some people feel a floating sensation, others do not. Some feel sleepy, whilst others feel very relaxed and completely at ease. What’s most important is to know that how you feel is not the indicator of how effective the session is or has been, it will be effective and it will work.

There is a common misunderstanding that hypnosis is all about being out of control and the wacky notions of being forced to cluck like a chicken or bark like a dog have been popularised by stage hypnotists. Hypnotherapy is not like that at all. It is actually a state of consciousness that involves focused attention and reduced peripheral awareness. As such, with the right guidance anybody can be effectively hypnotised into these deep relaxed states.

Not at all. You have complete control, the whole time. You can talk, you can move your body, grab a tissue, if needed and even get up and leave, especially if you need the bathroom. If our Zoom session gets disconnected, you may even drift off into sleep if you are really relaxed. You will notice that you won’t hear my voice any longer and after a while you will open your eyes and will be back to your full awareness.

Hypnosis is not magic, it’s a science. It works by creating alpha and theta brain waves that are similarly replicated during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep patterns. This is what allows you to access your subconscious mind. It is very easy and anybody can do it. You will see for yourself when you do it too.

You needn’t worry about this as the depth of the hypnotic state is not linked to your results at all. I would encourage you to rather focus on how well this is working for you rather than questioning, “Am I deep enough?”. Just know and trust that it is effective.

What makes RTT so revolutionary is that even if you think you know the reasons, you see these in COMPLETELY new ways. This is what allows you to change the meaning of your beliefs and ultimately change or upgrade your beliefs. Also, for many clients, they go back to scenes that are totally different from what they expected and anticipated they would go back to. It is all about trusting the subconscious mind and your brilliant mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

This is an understandable concern and if you go back to scenes that are related to any kind of trauma, sexual or physical abuse, please know that you will not relive these scenes but rather review these scenes. You will feel perfectly safe as you review these scenes as if they are scenes on a television or computer screen that you are watching from a distance. I will be there with you supporting you and guiding you and ensuring a safe space for you to express all emotions and in doing so, you will be healing the hurt.

There are three different kinds of change that result from RTT. Every person is different. Thus, you could experience change in any one of the following ways:

i. Immediate change - you feel and notice a massive shift straight away in your thoughts, physiology, actions and behaviour.

ii. Incremental change – you see consistent shifts, every day or over a period of time.

iii. Retroactive change – you may not notice the changes right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see and notice all the changes that have been made and all the things that are now different in your life.

RTT is a powerful and transformational process designed to provide you with phenomenal breakthroughs and lasting change in your life. Rapid does not always equate to instant however and as such some clients benefit from more than one session. It also depends on the presenting issue/s and how deeply entrenched these are. Generally, no more than three sessions are required to unlock the limiting beliefs. Many of my clients choose to do more than one session as they wish to work on other areas of their lives or to hardwire the new beliefs, build new habits and behaviours. We then explore options through coaching to integrate these new beliefs and have continued support through the change journey. This would entail a 3-month RTT/Coaching Experience. Some of my other clients are completely dedicated to personal mastery and find the 6-12-month package options hugely beneficial to support this.
